A backup of all client customization is required at the following stages
- Any change done to the customization
- Change of the servers
- Every 3 Months
Please collect and upload all your banks customizations
1. ACE screen shots of all servers (Production & UAT)
2. Config Folder (Aidps\Config)
3. Customization Folder (Aidps\customisation)
4. Programs Folders (Aidps\programs)
Create on zip file with the naming conversion below:-
“BANK ABBREV_INSTALL_CUSTOMIZATION@yyyymmdd-hhmm.zip”
Upload these to the FTP site under “/Clients_Customizations/YYYY”
