Issue: Power Encode jobs are done, items are pocked correctly but no encoding is takinh place on the items.
Possible Cause:
- Encode not turned on in CAPI/Configuration Utility
- Customization category is not set to encode the specific item
- Customization PowerEncode option in WorkSource work flow not set to create the power pass files
- Track config files. There are options for these files to force power encoding for both low and high speed encoding
- Encode config file (Encodesr.txt) parameters needs to be set to force encoding on items that the MiCr are not completely matched
